Costumes are more common for children’s mystery parties. But adults enjoy the exact same dress-up during times like halloween. Costumes let you add that extra impact to your mystery party.

It makes everything so real. I’ll talk especially about the way it enhances kid’s mystery party, solely because they’re way more creative in having fun than we adults are .

Remember seeing a child being excited at the sight of a fireman? He likes his bravery, he likes his style, and most of all, he likes his outfit. Even though a child may hardly understand the minute importance of the outfit, he knows one thing for sure, it’s a mark of a proud fireman.

And what does the kid want to do? Give him fire to extinguish, he won’t be satisfied. Give him a Fire Truck, he still won’t be excited. Give him the fireman’s outfit, and you will see him enjoying as never before.

That’s why costumes are so important in parties, not just mystery parties. Don’t you think? It does not need to be very accurate, but it helps if it’s funky and unusual.

People are tired of “predictable” and “usual” parties. That’s the primary reason why Mystery Parties are so great. It’s not your traditional formal party.

If you want to throw a memorable mystery party, or any other form of party, try to incorporate costumes. You will love it.
